CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

Let us look after some or all of your manufacturing process.

WHY ENGAGE A CONTRACT MANUFACTURER?

You had an idea, had it designed, prototyped, made your first smaller volume production and maybe your second.

Now you realise that to increase sales, market penetration and competitiveness you’re going to need higher volume production.

What do you do? How do you ‘successfully’ bridge the gap from lower volume to higher volume manufacturing? What if you could easily manage one source while having access to a global network and wide range of manufacturing capabilities?

By partnering with Linkeight, we develop and manage the contract manufacturing process for you, with our integrated networks of qualified and reputable factories providing quality engineering services to deliver both components and full product assemblies.

We offer services in:

  • Casting
  • Machined components and tooling
  • Manual or CNC cutting
  • Pressed and formed parts
  • Heavy and light fabrication
  • Prototyping and modeling
  • CAD services

Our extensive range of factories offers a broad spectrum of specialised contract manufacturing services. Large factories are available for mass production while the small to medium factories deal easily with customised jobs and lower minimum order quantities.

BENEFITS OF CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

  • Reduce costs
  • Maintain consistent production
  • Prioritise your resources
  • Improve manufacturing lead times
  • Instant scalability
